Job Description
We are seeking a GTM Systems Lead to design and strengthen the operating system behind a growing SaaS revenue engine. You will be responsible for building AI-enabled workflows and revenue automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and systems solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and build the full GTM systems architecture.
Develop and implement AI-enabled workflows and revenue automation.
Manage Salesforce administration, automation, and data modeling.
Maintain documentation of systems architecture, code, and procedures.
Must-have
7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, or Sales Technology within the B2B SaaS industry.
Deep Salesforce expertise, specifically in administration, automation, and data modeling.
Hands-on CPQ experience, ideally with DealHub or Salesforce CPQ.
Familiarity with the broader GTM stack, including tools like Gong, Gainsight, and Salesloft.
A "hands-on builder" mindset with the ability to own technical architecture.
Nice-to-have
Salesforce Admin certification.
Experience with Agile methodologies or relevant cloud service certifications.
